Is hyper empathy unhealthy in a relationship?
Ignore last question as it got posted in the wrong topic.

I've made some research and found out it can be a serious issue.
Hyper empathy is also called the "care syndrome", and makes the person do their best in taking care of the hurt partner, physically and emotionally.
The problem comes when there's nothing that hurts the subject of affection or gives them something to "heal" them from - the hyper empath feels "useless" and this can lead them either to fall in depression, or actively looking for other means for their partner to be hurt, even to the point of sabotaging them.
It's not done out of sadism, but because it will make their partner vulnerable and helpless again, and so extra responsive to the hyper empath's care and comfort.
Thoughts?
