What does it mean you unfriend someone on snapchat, and when you search them up it says " accept friend"?

I added the guy i like on snapchat awhile ago and then a week later he added me back. then i found out he had unfollowed me on insta the same day. so i unfriended him. When i went to go search him up it says "accept friend" under his user.. what does that mean? does he still have me as his? i don't have his name on his contacts so when i typed it in, it only said "add friend" under his user... which is confusing. When i search him up it says accept friend, but when i have him on my contacts it says add friend lol. so i'm just curious what the accept friend mean.. and if he'll know that i re-added him even though i'm still on his friend list

I think I understand what you’re saying. It sounds like he still has you as a friend, he never removed you. I’ve done this before, it’s a little awkward because when and if you do add him back he will be notified. Honestly, just do it and if he asks make up an excuse

I’m pretty sure a yellow bubble notification would pop up the next time he went on snapchat. He would be notified unfortunately, and I believe it would say you added him back. Do you really badly want him on snapchat again? He did unfollow you on instagram. If a guy did that to me I would have removed him off everything too to be honest

that's why i did it. but i clicked the little bubble thing and it said two things: add friend or ignore friend request? so did he un-add me too and then added me again? so confusing. but I don't know why he would add me on snap then, but unfollowed me insta?

You should honestly try with a friend, remove them and then ask them to re-add you or something you know? Test it out with someone close and then you can experiment if you REALLY wanna know.
