Is what I did wrong or considered cheating?

I went over to my friends house last night and stayed the night. It was basically just a girls night.
We ended up having a long bubble bath together, she has one of those big spa baths that takes up a corner in the bathroom so yes we were naked but we were not touching at all.
We basically just sat in the bath, listened to music, ate chocolate and talked crap while drinking too much red wine.

When i got home my boyfriend asked how my night was and i just assumed it was cool and I told him what we got up to.
He said it was weird and borderline cheating which shocked me.

What do you think?
Did i do something wrong?

You did not cheat and your Boyfriend, if he can't handle your honesty or openness with the relationship, can leave.

You had a good night with a friend of yours. You did what you wanted and it turned into a "interesting night. But, here is the "focus" of the relationship... When asked, you told your SO/ Spouse every detail and was honest. You didn't hide anything, which makes it "NOT CHEATING". you were open with your SO.

i think you just needed to clarify with your boyfriend what cheating is to the both of you. i also feel like he over reacted, but if you're not straight then he could have gotten scared that something was going on between you and your friend, but I still think that is an overeaction because he should have know you well enough to trust with a friend you've known for 15 years/ listened when you tried to explain.
