It's definitely NOT cheating. It's perfectly normal to talk to and joke with co-workers. Yes, even male co-workers. It would be odd not to.

I agree with JustinTheGreat 100%. I always had good relations with fellow co-workers and it had nothing to do with cheating. Many of them were women. We were just friends. I would even tell my wife about some of our conversations. But she trusts me and isn't a possessive idiot.

My wife also talks to male associates. I don't have a problem with that because I trust her completely.
