She gives me a key to her house?

This girl is a friend of mine. We've known each other for a third of our lives. We don't date. Probably because I am married. She's become friends with my wife, too. She's very close to me emotionally and she talks with me for personal and professional issues. The other day she gave me a key to her house and joked about me coming over to take things out of her fridge. She doesn't ask me to check on anything and it's not like she travels or leaves town often. I mean, I won't ever go over to her home without letting her (and especially my wife) know. I gave my wife the key.
