Girls, are these signs that she MIGHT be interested in me?

I already asked this question, but I would like to have a girls perspective. A co-worker of mine at work has pretty good chemistry with me and we've only been working with each other for a couple of weeks now. She always jokes around with me and tries to put stuff on me, like stickers and stuff just for fun and I do the same to her. The only problem is that she's younger than me. She's nineteen and I'm twenty-eight years old, but the vibe is good and she's interested in a lot of the same stuff that I'm into. I remember her being a little bummed out because I told her that I have the next couple of days off, when she was scheduled those days. She said, Aww, man. Sounding bummed about it. Do you guys think it would be fine to ask for her phone number as a co-worker or friend and see where things go or am I reading too much into this? Unfortunately, this is all I have. I got nothing else to add.

Yes, it does sound like there is some chemistry going on between you two and thus is showing interest in you. However, I'm not one to support dating one's coworkers, if things go south and you two have a major falling out... having to see and deal with each other at work can become hell. Yet, when everything is falling into place... we all tend want to take a chance and make it work.
