I just found out that my crush may be accepting a job at the small business I work for, same department, so we will be working together again.
We used to work together until about a few months ago, and I missed my chance with him over the course of a year when he pursued me several times. We just never got the timing right with it. He had met someone else and I always hated hearing about her and having people talk to him about his relationship because it stun and took me time to move on.
Eventually I left, and now I find out he will be my coworker again possibly. I am shocked, I never thought I would see him again seeing as I live in a completely different city now. All my old feelings I had to move on from and forget, have started to rush back in small bouts. There is of course a chance he will not accept the job, but I am a little anxious to have him around again.
I am planning to accept him with open arms here, but a little uncomfortable and starting to realize I may not have moved on like I thought.
Has this ever happened to anyone else?
