I don't know how I'm going to deal with winter break any tips to not be so down?

So this Winter break I won't be able to see my boyfriend for two weeks because he's going to Florida (I'm not allowed to go) and then two days later after he gets back I'm going to be leaving to the Dominican Republic for 19 days! We usually see each other about twice a week for 5-6 hours each. I tried to speak to my dad telling him to please make the flight just for a week but he bought the tickets without asking me how I felt about it or anything. I already know myself and I am going to feel distraught being away from my boyfriend for that long. I don't want too get too sad my boyfriend is looking forward to his vacation but I am dreading mine. I don't want too get very sad because it'll probably just be me that's feeling heartbroken that I can't be with him everyday and I don't want that. I really don't know how I'm going to deal with this and I'm also not going to even see my pets for 19 days too. I already didn't want to go to the Dominican Republic no one even feels like family anymore I haven't been there for almost 7 years and my grandfather and my great grandmother are gone. To make things worse my boyfriend is the only person that I am completely comfortable with and have completely opened up to.
