Am I a rarety or is this more common than I think?

I am 27, and I have gone all my life so far never having a real girlfriend. No, I am not a virgin (thank God), but I have never been in an actual relationship before. I had sex once and only once during a weekend fling with this 16 year old girl when I was 20. She did not want to be in a relationship with me.

Meanwhile, I don't think I know anyone (except MAYBE one other person) that has never had a girlfriend or boyfriend. All my peers I know have or have had a relationship before. Many of them are even married now and/or have kids!

I am not asexual, aromantic, or gay. I don't understand. Do you think maybe I am not cut out for this life?

I have a feeling I may never have a wife, girlfriend, or family of my own. I only want a woman that has never had her first love or a boyfriend before.

I am short in height at 5 feet 6 inches, and I still live at home. Although I have a decent job with decent pay and even own my own motorhome.

NOTE: I don't really count the one week "relationship" when I was 20 that was awkward or the whole online thing I had with this girl where she rejected me upon meeting me in person the first time.

I used to feel the same way because I was always in the hospital so when I’d go back to school other people would pick me out like the wild. After a few years I had my own circle of friends that kept me guarded. It’ll just take a little time, I’m that time start building your confidence just by saying hello random people on the street, soon you will be the cool one that you just haven’t let out yet notice the key word and hold on to it until the timing is right and know that YET is now the time. Don’t do anything rash or dare I say stupid Life is gonna kick you in the face, fight your way through not stop at the start. Stay strong and we are here if you want/need. PM me if you can’t get your feet under you, then as each 24 hours passes your head is gonna start looking up with the confidence , strength and the tools to stay on that path (step by step, hour by hour, day by day……. I’m 8.5 years in to my journey because I was trying to dig myself further down the spiral hell that you don’t need, there’s a hand there to help you dig out of your hell hole

You can't tell it, if you don't meet them. Search for girls, some of them will be virgins. But you have to search for them.
