I wanna obey my Girlfriend but she feels uncomfortable with it. On the one hand she would like me to worship her but on the other hand she is confused with the situation.
I would love to worship her, for me she is a goddess and I'm in love with all of her, her character and her Body. Well to be onest I have a weakness for the minimalistic look of the body of a sporty girl, so I feel like I have to serve her.
So what can I do to make her feel worshiped but not too confused?

Dangerous mindset here. No woman or man should be put on a pedestal in a relationship, otherwise that person will lose most if not complete respect for you

I have my girlfriend a coffee cup that looks quite regal and it smply says "Queen." I told her that is to remind her that I will treat her like my queen. However, I have a regally matching cup that says "King" and I expect to be treated like her king.

Look I get wanting to treat your girl like she's the world and all that and that's fine. But women don't want a groveling, submissive slave as a serious partner they want a man.
@OlderAndWiser said it well if your gonna treat her woman like a queen then you need to be treated like a king but that also means acting like one and a king grovels for and worships no man or woman.
Do it gradually. Begin with taking on more chores at home, freeing up her time, take an interest in what interests her and make her feel like her opinions are slightly more important. Once she gets more used to it you can allways ask her how she likes to be serve, because that's The key. It has to feel like it's fulfilling for her. She may need some time to think about it and struggle with her own thoughts about how selfish she can be with you but once you're on that road, respond positivly when you're presented with new tasks.
If this is a fetish, you are compatible only if she shares it; otherwise you might want to review your relationship. If it goes beyond a fetish, you have a bit of a problem; you don't want to be emasculated by a controlling woman and this one might be likely to think you unacceptably 'soft' for wanting her, in effect, to lead the relationship and to do all the thinking for you.
