I wanna obey my Girlfriend but she feels uncomfortable with it. On the one hand she would like me to worship her but on the other hand she is confused with the situation.

Do it gradually. Begin with taking on more chores at home, freeing up her time, take an interest in what interests her and make her feel like her opinions are slightly more important.
Once she gets more used to it you can allways ask her how she likes to be serve, because that's The key. It has to feel like it's fulfilling for her. She may need some time to think about it and struggle with her own thoughts about how selfish she can be with you but once you're on that road, respond positivly when you're presented with new tasks.
