What's harder to find?

Many women want a family oriented man to have kids with. Meanwhile more men would be just happy with a forever live-in girlfriend that have sex every single day.

If both were straight forward (no lying nor stringing along anyone) with what they're looking for, what is harder to find:
- A family oriented man to settle down with and have kids. She doesn't want to be a girlfriend forever.

- A woman that would be excited/happy about being a forever live-in girlfriend and never wanting kids. She doesn't care about a proposal nor kids... she's happy with just you and sex forever.

I'd probably say the girl, as I'm a guy who is family oriented and wanting kids. Don't get me wrong, I'd like my relationship with that woman to also include a healthy sex life forever as well, it doesn't have to be one or the other.

The issue isn't that guys like me don't exist, it's that we're considered safe, ergo boring, by women until they're ready to wind down. I didn't get the opportunities to "have fun" when I was younger as a result, so I want someone who's going to keep up with me letting loose, rather than winding down, should I get into a relationship.

Why can't she be a forever girlfriend that lives together and has kids and raises a family together without the man having to get legally married and risking what he has worked for/earned for years?
The man just doesn't want the woman to be legally able to steal from him.

I'm hearing many men are opting out of having kids too, even with a girlfriend. Hence why I made those two options.
I still see those girls waiting till marriage still landing a man but if a man said out loud ''ladies, will you be my forever girlfriend but no kids either''... then I'm guessing most will say no.

I just don't want legal marriage so I don't lose what I have earned in life, but I totally want an exclusive LTR and to have kids and raise a family. I just don't like the part where the courts get involved in case of divorce and the woman benefits by getting divorced, so basically she can totally screw over the man, treat him badly, etc. and if the relationship ends, the courts help her to steal from him. That is the only reason I don't like legal marriage.

The second.. not many women will sign up for that. Also having sex every single day is maybe fun in the start but something that very likely will change over time.

I had to pick one or the other. But the answer is actually more complex and I'd answer it with a question.
Why is it women want to go sow their wild oats, perhaps having crazy sex and trying all sorts of things. But, then, when they get married, they just want some safe, steady guy who will be a good provider and good father to her kids? He doesn't get the wild, crazy stuff; that was for someone else, not him. He's supposed to settle for whatever you want to give.
So, if you want to know why some guys don't really want to settle down and have kids, maybe he isn't ready to just be the guy who gets left with all the responsibility and none of the fun.
