Why are corduroy pants so hard to find?

A few years ago (2008-2013) Corduroy pants were so common in the mall, now for some reason they are very difficult to find even though the websites of those stores claim to sell them, they aren't online exclusives. Are they going out of style or are they more popular now that the stores sell out of corduroy pants quick. I like corduroy pants, they are so warm and comfortable.

I have several pair of cords and I love them because they are warm and comfortable. I don't care whether they are "in style" or otherwise. Have you tried any Western wear stores?

Try places that more pump out classic stuff all the time and only nod in the direction of trends.

Brooks brothers has 4 styles of men's cords on their site right now.

They do sell skinny corduroys for women. They even sell corduroy leggings.
