Those of you who use social media, do you tend to post your partner/ boyfriend or girlfriend on there also?

Just curious as it seems everyone who recently gets into relationship suddenly posts their boyfriend/girlfriend pretty often either typical couple pics or stories like date night etc. And those who have been dating a few years tend to less probably due to ‘security’ perhaps who know

But have you noticed yourself do this more after a new relationship? And those who use social media how much do you post your partner or mention them if you’ve been dating a long time now

Also please don’t answer the question if you don’t use social media!

I have a facebook that is only for close friends and family, I don’t post on there, ever. But, I did post a photo of us recently to just “update” it, per my moms request 😂



I have an instagram, 2 accounts. One is an account I have had since I was in middle school. It accumulated a lot of followers because of the many people I’ve met over the years and mutual friends, etc. I used to post boyfriends on there, but ever since my ex, I just didn’t want anything to do with that account, I didn’t want people in my private life anymore.


My other account only has 6 people following - Its me, my boyfriend, my guy friend, and my 3 girl friends. It’s strictly close friends, and I post my boyfriend on there all the time. They’re the only people who I feel comfortable sharing my private life with.

I don't like to share who my partner is on social media but I am very quick to update to saying that I have a partner

Then again I have friends and family who would just start prodding at my relationship so yeah naturally I would be hiding who my partner is also when they prod at my relationship it gets very very tedious and annoying

Very rarely. I believe my social media is my space to express. They see us together fine. And I may have a pic or two of my SO. But no I don’t believe I need to plaster them all over my social media

You’d be surprised the amount of people that just answer ‘I don’t because I don’t have social media’ lol
