Why's he hiding our relationship?

So my fiancé friend told me that my fiancé had a crush on this girl and it all just started coz she glanced over at him from across the room in their late teens. He was too scared to approach her but he had feelings for her for 3-4 years!

The problem is that I recently found out he still keeps me (and our entire relationship) a secret from her. He'd upload our engagement photos and then code it so that she can't see them or find out that he's in a relo with anyone. They're public pictures, so everyone who has a fb account can see them, except her. He also still frequently monitors her fb page. It's really upsetting me. What should I do?
