Why do I feel insecure in relationship often what's wrong with me?

I don't know why do I feel this way. my boyfriend very nice to me. he's a good guy I've ever met in my life but the problem is me. I feel insecure all the time when I'm with him. always compare myself with others girls, look in the mirror and think about I'm getting fat (I'm 105 lbs), think I'm ugly, wanna get some plastic surgery

(I'm 23 and wanna get some botox on my forehead because I saw some wrinkles when I raised my eyebrows. but he said I'm crazy)

I wanna do nose job and etc.

I've been trying to stop thinking about these kind of things but It's not easy. I don't know why it happened to me

he's always nice to me, never said I'm ugly or compared me with someone else

so can anyone help me? what's wrong with me. I have no idea 😭😭😭

Its very common in girls, stop worrying about your body! And nothing is wrong with you. Believe me, 99 percent of guys worship body of their partner. If you want to lose some weight, do it, and Im sure he will encourage you! Another good action is talking with him because men tend to be more rational in these situations and he knows you and probably is less effected by instagram and unreal images of girls but make sure he is dead serious and well, dont get sad if he said some things can improve. But dont compare yourself to ig models because they all are fake

Everyone is insecure a little bit in their mind let's be honest. I don't know I just feel in a relationship both should discuss about this. Most of the times it feels better to talk about others problem. If I had a girlfriend I would want her talk about anything she wants and I would judge her on that. I would rather support her and encourage her.

You’re Overthinking…! It’s a red flag in a relationship. Divert yourself in something productive work. And spend some time and talk with him about your future goals.

Society requires girls to be perfect, so there's a reason why you are sinking in paranoia. If plastic surgery can make you hot, then you can keep it into account. If it is not wenough, don't even start. If I can choose between a hottie and a plain girl, I go with the hottie, no matter if it was the result of surgery. But you're probably not so ugly, just overthinking. In that case, you simply need to accept yourlef as you are.
