Girlfriend gained weight and complains but still gains?

We have been together for about 3 years now and she has told me she has gained 42ibs in that time, I don't mind I still love her. But she is constantly complaining about it, I try and help and encourage her and she still gains more every week, then gets more upset. I don't know what to do

Stop feeding her, walk her to the gym or swimming pool, take all electronic game and couch sitting 💩 out the house.

She should get her blood work done to check for thyroid conditions and stuff, unless her diet is obviously bad.
