Caught boyfriend texting girl inappropriately after meeting her while black out drunk, what should I do?

i’ve been with my boyfriend for 10 months, i’m his first girlfriend. he was supposed to actually move in with me this week. this past weekend, he went out and got black out drunk and apparently met some chick at the bar, got her number, and started texting her inappropriately. she sent him her address then he walked home to me, and did not follow through. he can’t remember her name, what she looks like, etc. and feels extremely regretful. he’s never even been the type to try to pull chicks even before me, so it’s bizarre that he even did this to begin with. he’s never done me wrong in any way, but i can’t help but keep feeling sick over it all. we are supposed to have a nice vacation next week to visit my family for the second time, and i want to still go. i’m not sure if he was freaked out about us getting serious or what, but it hurts like hell. i need advice.

If he is blaming alcohol on the ALMOST cheating than he has a problem with loving you. Next time he gets (say) he is drunk and something really happens are you going to accept the drunk excuse again.
