Should I have to cut ties with someone I cheated on my partner with even if the cheating has stopped?

I am a man and my partner is a female. I been with my partner for 8 years. Well in December I told my partner I wanted a break and I would be staying with a friend in her spare room witch was a lie cause the friend & I was starting our own relationship. I didn't move any of my belonging out of the house other then a couple bags of clothes I was made to take and I still continued to have sex with my partner on a regular. This went on into April when I realized the girl I was trying to start a relationship with just was not the girl for me. I went back home and we are trying to work on our relationship and moving past my betrayal but she can't move past it cause I won't cut ties with the other girl.

My partner also wants to talk face to face with me and the other girl as well. She said it's to tie up loose ends for everyone involved.
