So I’ve been in a long distance relationship for years, we were together for six months and then it had to go long distance. Before leaving my partner proposed and we got married a year and a half later- I wasn’t really ready but he pushed for me to hurry up. But everything moved so fast and we’ve been apart so long I just don’t feel anything towards my partner anymore. He’s often accused me of lying and watching my every move and I just hate him for it. I want a real close by person who will hug me and care for me. At this point I feel like we don’t even really have a real relationship seems as we’ve only actually been physically together for six months. What are your thoughts?

Well, this is not at all. You got married and now you seem to regret this decision. You are saying you don't have any feelings or attraction anymore.
I think you made a mistake by getting married when you were not ready and more so when you know this has to be long distance.

Why are you married but in a long distance marriage? That should have been grounds for an obvious "no" to his proposal.
If you've told him your concerns and things haven't improved, then it may be time to move on. I wouldn't rush marriage.
