To be clear, I was pointing out the inconsistency in feminist ideology. "Men are all evil because they're emotionally stunted and obtuse, but somehow with women's superior emotional dexterity, they still can't manage to assess men correctly and avoid evil men."

Pick a lane. If women truly were "emotionally superior" or whatever the heck they believe why are they crying about their emotional dysfunction all the time? You're the emotionally intuitive one, right? So how do you have so much difficulty recognizing abusive assholes? If women had "emotional intelligence" then evil men existing should be absolutely no problem at all, they'd all be relegated to inceldom, and nobody would care.

Explain EXACTLY what you people mean by "emotional intelligence" and maybe we could take you seriously.

Here's the thing: Neither gender is "more faulty" in judging the other. It's a negotiation, neither view is inherently "correct". But there does seem to be a systemic flaw in feminist ideology, that deliberately ignores the fact that it IS a negotiation, they're whole position is that they're right about everything, and how dare you disagree with me.

The first step to understanding the opposite sex is to not dismiss it, and feminism has absolutely zero interest in doing that.

I would only argue that women more frequently choose poorly because they’re allowed to. We expect women to make decisions compelled largely if not entirely by emotion. When they mess up we, as a society, support them and console them. As men, we’re expected to be more rational and logical. When we mess up, we’re insulted and made the butt of jokes for letting a woman get the best of us. So we’re naturally going to go to greater lengths to avoid obvious red flags. There’s no recourse for us no matter how bad it gets.

Women date jerks more often because they aren't doormats and girls don't want simps. So they date them despite them being jerks, in the hopes he will change (rare).
Guys might become doormats to an abusive or manipulative girl and not leave because she has his balls in her purse.
I don't think either is more occuring than the other, though women might end up more often with jerks, many of them leave though, at least from what I've seen and known.
