My fiancé doesn’t know and will never know but I don’t respect her mother at all.
my reasoning is that although she is extremely nice to my face.. behind my back she is not.
Reasoning: anytime that my fiancé and I have any disagreement.. her mother approaches her privately and tells her it’s not too late to leave me.. and asks her are you sure you’re happy with him? (We have been together for 6 years and just got engaged)
example: My fiancé wanted this specific house BUT I said it was out of our budget. Her parents intruded and said we will give you 200k right now so you can buy it. I refused saying I don’t want to take there money and rather just live for ourselves…
her mom literally in tears crying to my fiancé saying are you sure you’re really happy with him? It’s not too late to find someone else. I pretended I wasn’t bothered when my fiancé told me but REALLY? Her unemployed mom spoiled by her rich husband and this is her attitude behind my back?
