I’m crushing on my ex again however I don't know how to go about it?

I still think about my one ex and I think he does too, since he uses one of his fake accounts to follow me but I pretend that I don't know. I don’t really know how to communicate with him again because it has been so long and we have each other blocked on all other places. He views my stories everyday like a ghost but i have no idea what he thinks or feels. Is it worth trying anything or not?
