This is an update from what happened yesterday afternoon:
My now ex girlfriend struck me from behind (in the head) with an object when I turned away from an argument. I didn't even have a chance to block it or react. I got knocked unconscious. By the time I've regain consciousness, she was gone and more than an hour passed.
I went to the ER just in case and luckily it's only a small scrape and dried blood. I'm resting for a week and feeling a bit better now. I did pressed charges but part of me feels sad. I've never reported anyone before. With the exception of a school fight with a bully in my younger years, I've never been slapped nor assaulted as an adult by anyone, much less a girlfriend. This has never happened before.
Why did she do that? What was that all about? We only had an argument, was there any need to go that extreme? If I was a jerk ok sorry but geez did she needed to do that?
