so my boyfriend been chatting on a date site and add random women on Facebook and sharing photo when I found out he break my trust for him and make me insecure so I decided to give are relationship another go but he still thinks it’s right to carry on. It’s effect my mental hearth and I do not know how to get pass this
You should not tolerate that kind of behavior from him. Never. That is an utmost toxic behavior. He shows his real personality by divulging things he should not to total strangers yet, in front of you, he is sweet and caring. That is a no go and absolutely not acceptable in any relationship.
That shows a very rotten personality and a lack of character. He does not have the courage to be an honest person and should never be in a relation in the first place.
The first thing you need to do is to sever the relationship with him, even if it causes you a heartache. Your resentment will only increase towards him if you don't do anything about it. You deserve much better. Good luck.

Sometimes there is no way out and the only option is to move on. Maybe, take a breal for a bit of time?
