But he traveled to another country and cheated on me with another girl for months and we broke up (he confesed me that)
My financial situation is very bad and I have no hope in my country because of the war
I want to travel to the same country, but I need money to do it, and he is still communicating with me and suggesting that he would help me for free.. i refused so he said

Yes you can, just take as debt and return him when you earn because rightnow your priority should be get out of that current situation after that you can reapay him just take smart decision according to your present situation. Don't be so emotional.
