I was faithful but she was playing behind me and she fooled me I discovered she knew someone else I feel Im being played by her and she took my resources and my time and my status and now she's posting like she did make fun of me. I'm losing my mind and want to go and honestly punch and slap and get physical with this shit but I don't want end up in jail because piece of shit.
Any advices?

If you get physical then you'll be giving her the reaction she wants, which is to laugh at you while you're sitting in prison with a permanent criminal record and reputation destroyed. Then once out of prison, you'll have a hard time finding jobs.
Is that what you want, for her to win in the end? The best revenge is just moving on, blocking her and pretending she doesn't exist. Denying her very existence is actually the worse way to treat someone, worse than getting physical. By getting angry and physical, all you're telling her is you still care so much about her that she's worth getting reaction from, that she's still worth all the repercussions you'll get afterwards.
