Cancer man broke up w me but giving me mixed signals rn?

my boyfriend and i broke up about 3 weeks ago and we didn’t have the most perfect relationship and we “broke up” a couple times but quickly got back together. this time it felt different and now it’s just so confusing. we’ve hung out a lot since the break up and it’s like we never broke up and he still looks at me the same. we work together but he’s across the street and i’ll catch him more often then not either coming to my job or just positioning his body to look in my direction for awhile. he still gets jealous over somethings and he’s still soooooo lovey. he was giving me reassurance yesterday morning that he’d still choose me over anyone. any day. so i thought today would be a good day to ask like where we stand yk like some space to heal and come back together or we’re just done and he said we’re done? is he just lying to himself? what do i do? i don’t wanna give up on this bc i know it’s a good thing it just needs to be healed. please help.
