I am dating this girl that i love , let me start with the good things , after her work she drove to see me even if it is too late , she brought my perfume and clothes ( sometimes ), she takes care of me she is so honest to me The thing is , sometimes she ask for gifts per gifts per example she told me earlier buy me a pyjama , she got a hobby ( painting ) and she asked me to help her out by buying her colors she is going to need , i asked her about that she told me i just want to feel that you take care of me and i want affection and stuff. i just want to know guys is this is normal or im i being used ,

Have you heard if the 5 love languages? If not, read about it online. Basically there are different ways we show love and different ways people feel the most loved in their relationship. One of these love languages is gifts. Others are for example physical touch and words of affirmation. So while some people feel the most loved through receiving compliments or supportive and caring comments, other feel the most loved when physically touched in a loving way - or, if their love language is gifts they feel the most loved when receiving gifts. This could just be your girlfriends love language. It sounds more like that than her using you considering she gets you gifts too.

Trust me. You would know if your being used. If they get everything out of the relationship and you get nothing in return. When you love, and constantly give them everything. To the point it ruins you. And you reflect on what they’ve given you or done for you, and your only answer is company. That’s when your being used. Trust me. I know.
