Tell him you have had enough and you want him to stop and to leave you alone. Than distance yourself completely from him. However, My advice if you and your ex are considering getting back together, I do feel you need to disclose that you and his friend did mess around while you were separated.
The only way you can do that is to distance yourself from him and if I wad you I'd tell your boyfriend what you and him did before he does cause he's gonna get frustrated if he can fuck you again
