When I notice it, I look at those kind of men weird and then I look away because I know when one of the men is in a relationship.

I read a social research has been done on this. The reason is simple. In fact, men especially who wear engagement rings are more attractive to women. This is because women think that these men are successful in their relationships, that they please their women, that they are ready and suitable to be a family, that they are trustworthy. Because they were approved by another woman. This makes women feel that they can trust him more and they want it for themselves.
I get that but I am not one of these women.
It's more that I don't get why he thinks he is still attracted to other woman and give another woman attention
I not one of those eighter. Maybe he likes the attention like the most of them. Men want to be appreciated. Could it be that seeing this from another woman makes him feel more masculine and useful? Men are people of duty. Maybe that woman is presenting him with obligations that he has to fulfill?
Guys like that are players out to get whatever they can, then move on to the next girl.
