Why did she abort her ex's baby, but wants to keep mine?

When we (27 years old male, 28 years old female) got together she was pregnant with her ex, and she terminated her pregnancy.

Now she's pregnant with my child and wants to keep it but I suggested aborting it because the time is not right and we can make another in some years. She said she wants to keep it because it's mine and she's happy about this but I said it's not a good timing like it was when she was pregnant with her ex and she got upset and said that if I compare myself to her "scum" ex guy then she judged me wrongly and I'm free to leave anytime but she keeps the baby.

Why did she get so angry? I just made an observation.

She realized it was a mistake and learned that there is always a remembrance. One remembers either the Death or Birth date.

Her ex probably did some bad things to her. You make her feel loved and she wants to bring your child into the world because of that. She aborted the old baby probably because she didn't want to be constantly reminded of the trauma from her ex.
