What is the mature way to handle my boyfriend standing me up?

Today the guy I’m seeing we class each other as together but he hasn’t asked me officially. He mentioned that we were going to go for food all day I’ve been waiting I called him to ask he said he call me back and never did. it’s been 8 hours. So I just called him it’s not 10:30pm at night and his phone is OFF he’s gone AWAL. Things like this really bug me and my immature side can come out, usually in times like this is text saying something immature or stupid saying ‘thanks for letting me know’ or just jumping to conclusions that he’s with a woman. What is the nature way to handle this. Do I say goodnight, do I even say anything at all? Do I just not say anything? I’ve called and his phones off so do I just leave it at that?

If someone flat out lies to you. It’s a bad sign. If something happens out of his control. Such as a car crash, the death of a family member, ending up in the hospital, a family memever in the hospital, etc.


Standing someone up is wrong. Well it’s reasonable to wonder why he would stand you up…. Is there another woman? Does he not want to be around you? Valid questions.


If he doesn’t want to go for food…. Then he needs to tell you
