Why do some people feel men don’t need love and women don’t need respect?

I think it’s a cop out of people who aren’t capable of love and/or respect who say this kind of stuff. Obviously MOST people need to be loved and respected by their significant other.

I have no answer for that line of thinking, but I think we all deserve respect. Love isn't necessary, but if there's no respect. Then we're animalistic- predator/ prey/ surivival of the fittest in all aspects. I respect everyone, on a basic human rights level, and the extra- I weigh that out based on how they engage me- IF they approach and engage me.

Besides I have done plenty of nice things and there was a question of what we have done out of mere kindness and nothing in return and I left my almost there as well and this was before seeing this question of yours.

I am respectful to all people I encounter in the public and further more I have done nice things. I was a person who believes and showed love. I just don’t believe others are capable of loving- specifically MEN.

I never see any men talking about women they admire in history or so. Never see men being wowed or so by women

Never see them being mindful or thoughtful.
