What would be worse to you?

- Your spouse cheats and you had to find out elsewhere. You were lied for so long. You thought the relationship or marriage was alright, only to find out that.

- They blatantly (no sugarcoating at all) tell you in your face they fancy someone else and want to be with them. Or they say ''I would like to sleep around''.

Cheating and lying is way worse because the one partner didn’t have a clue what was happening to them behind their back , so it’s better to be honest with your partner , that you are no longer satisfied or fulfilled in the relationship with them , Expressing your feelings of concern that things between the both of you , aren’t the same anymore and that something is missing , it’s usually the passion the intimacy and affection that dies down between the both of you , so by being honest with your partner , gives them the opportunity to make a decision on what they want to do , instead of you blind siding them by cheating on them. Cheating is a selfish act period , If someone can cheat on you , they are only thinking of themselves , making them a selfish person , that only cares about themselves, they truly never valued you or cared about you , they only liked the convenience of you , they only see things their way , they can’t admit to themselves and to you , that they were wrong , they always have to be right , why you should never take someone back that cheated on you , because if they truly valued you, they wouldn’t of cheated on you in the first place , So it’s best to be honest with each other and remove selfishness for each other instead of just assuming you are always right and they are wrong , When you learn how to remove selfishness for your partner , it’s easier for them to remove it for you , Most relationships end because most people in general are selfish and only really care about themselves, they do not know how to wear their partners shoes the same way they want their partner to wear theirs , it needs to go both ways or the relationship will not last. I no longer jump into a relationship with a girl , I will stay loyal and faithful to her but I wait until the infatuated stage passes to see if she is in it for the long haul or short haul , to see if she removes selfishness for me the same way she wants me to remove it for her , People that jump into relationships are more than likely setting themselves up for disaster because they didn’t really look at the big picture they just assumed things between them are great not realizing it’s just infatuation. So I no longer give my heart 100 percent to a girl until she proves she is in it for the long haul and not the short haul

I had my first ex cheat on me. We had been exclusive.

I realized after I left him that I wasn't upset about the act of sex with another person. I was upset about the lack of honesty, the cowardice he displayed, and the lack of communication.

If a partner in the future said "hey, I want to have sex with someone else", we could talk about it.

Depending on if we can agree to rules and boundaries, and I likewise enjoy these rules and boundaries, I see no issue.

It is the dishonesty and cowardice I dislike the most. Not the act of fucking someone else.

I've been cheated on in every relationship I've ever had and have never broken up because of it. I prefer promiscuous women and get turned on at the thought of being cheated on, so neither really apply to me. So long as there's no pregnancy or is with my buddies, there are no worries.
