My boyfriend was in the delivery room with me
I was in so much pain.. I kept saying “I can’t do this”
But my boyfriend supported me saying “you can do this babe”
And holds my hand
Or does every boyfriend/partner do this?
I would say it´s special in a way that he wants to participate in the situation. I would say it means that he cares about you and therefore wanted to be around and to show you he´s there for you to give you strength.
I don´t think it´s something that every guy does.
Boyfriends make them their wife, give her a nice wedding…tell the world how much he loves her…and how beautiful she is…so he can be her man to have his name on the baby’s birth certificate. Then she gives him a baby and a beautiful home together and make a good family together.
boyfriend? That’s nice of him… Hummm…. What’s next?
What’s next? Call him…my baby daddy?
It's the most natural and ordinary thing in the world to have the father of the child you're about to bring into the world.
Questions like this confuse me; I feel like I'm missing information. Is there a reason you had to believe that he wouldn't be there? Is being a supportive partner unusual for him? Did you attempt to deliver the baby without telling him? Absolutely not every boyfriend does this.
Your boyfriend was being supportive.

I feel like the bar is on the floor here. That's not to say some men won't still show up with a shovel, but I think being present and being supportive when your partner literally gives birth to your child is like.. the bare minimum. I don't know.
Pretty much everybody does that. Never seen that scene in a TV show/movie? Always the same thing
It shows he is not a shit boyfriend
did you expect it to go a different way?
He's showing his true love for you?
