Should I contact my Childhood friend?

when i was young i had this friend actually we weren’t that close but we were friends.
We’re following each other’s instagram but we don’t talk we like each other’s stories 😅

well i was cleaning my stuff the other day and i found a toy he gave me like maybe less than 10 years ago.(i like keeping a box of memories and when i was cleaning i found it).

I though about sending him a picture of it. But I’m overthinking it now what if he didn’t remember it. It will make me a weirdo or obsessed. I don't know
