Why won’t he call me his girlfriend after 2 years of dating?

We’re in contact all the time, meet often and exclusive with each other. Whenever we bump into his friends by accident, he doesn’t introduce me at all, or when he does he refers to me as his chick or lady friend. I haven’t brought anything up cause tbh where I live, it’s not like I can find anyone better than him, even though I know that I deserve one. Any advice?

Yet you've been dating someone that won't even take the 1st step in accepting he's in a relationship with you? You're hanging out with a random stranger calling you his chick? He's another loser that only wants the benefits without even making things official. Cut your losses.

You need to have the “define the relationship” talk if you haven’t already. Has he asked you to be his girlfriend? If not, there’s a chance you might not be.

I hate to be so sharp, but: you should've clarified what the two of you were and wanted after several months. If you wish to be a legit couple, then you gotta give an ultimatum and leave when they won't commit.
