How to end a toxic relationship?

My brother has a girlfriend for some time now. Unfortunately, I would describe this relationship as a toxic relationship and it's not just me who thinks so, but my whole family. She's one of the typical gold diggers. She wants to make a comfortable and easy life for herself at the expense of others. Somehow the love is only one-sided. She behaves more like a princess - she expects, but gives nothing in return. I think you should always support each other in a relationship. And currently he's under sooo much stress at work.
Unfortunately, I just don't know how to approach him about it. He reacts very dismissively to the slightest criticism.

Do you have any tips for me?
My brother is very important to me and I don't want him to regret this at some point.

You should know that if your brother takes your concern as criticism, then anything you say about the relationship is probably not going to go over well. Even if your entire family agrees she’s nothing but a gold digger and shuns her, that doesn’t necessarily mean he sees what you see. Getting in and out of the relationship is his choice, for better or worse. You have very little control over that. The most you can do to offer support is check in on him with regular frequency, give him space to vent about anything, not just his relationship. Let him know you want to be there for him if he needs you for some reason or another. Don’t suggest breaking up every time he has an issue with his girlfriend, only suggest it if he implies something that says he would be happier alone. Let him have control over his relationship, be supportive of him, and if he mentions something his girlfriend did to hurt him, don’t hesitate to criticize her for it and how he needs to address it with her. If a pattern appears of her dismissing or denouncing any criticism from your brother instead of changing or addressing the issue, then you can start to encourage him to leave her as he grows more frustrated with the cognitive dissonance of “I want her” and “I want a healthy relationship” clashing together

Dang bro, that sounds like a really tough situation. I can see why you're worried about your brother. Toxic relationships can really mess with your head.

Honestly at this point, there's probably not much you can say to change his mind directly. He's gonna have to see it for himself. But here's what I would do - be there for him. Listen if he wants to vent, but don't bash his girl. And invite him to do stuff to get his mind off it, like hanging out, playing video games, hitting the gym, whatever you guys are into.

That way he's not stuck home with her 24/7 getting more manipulated. And just be honest, but calm - say you're concerned about how stressed he seems lately, and you just want him to be happy. Hopefully over time he'll start to see things more clearly on his own as the drama piles up.

And trust that he'll come around. For now don't push too hard or it might backfire. Show him he's got your support no matter what. That way when he's ready to leave, he'll feel comfortable talking to you about it. Hang in there - it'll work out if you stick by him.

Ask him if dating a gold digger bothers him. Ask him how he defines such. There's a good chance he doesn't care. In which case you'll have to let him venture. You could go tge route of asking things like what kinda of relationship he wants and if he knows how to have it.. then occasionally (not all at once) Ask what kinds of things they do together

He has to realize tge problem for himself and once he does he needs encouragement to cut off ALL communication with this girl

Yes, that was my original thought too. But when you hear that she already feels like she's engaged and suddenly wants to have children, I get scared.
