Did this girl gave me my worksheet because she likes me?

Okay, there's a girl I know in High school, and we were somewhat friends, and in Junior year, and we were in special Ed classes, and the teacher (Who was a substitute that day), gave out worksheets we finished to look at our grades, and one girl asked who I was, and not only the substitute told her, but the girl I thought might've like me and said who I am to her twice, she was the only student that did it, I thought it was interesting she points out who I am to her, because she knew before I like her and asked her out for homecoming but she choose another guy over me, that was in Freshman year, and by the close to the end of freshman year, she attempted to cheer me up with encouragement when I was very down that one day because of what another student said to me, and she did her hardest to cheer me up and encouraged me to read what we were reading in class, after that incident in Junior year, when she was passing out worksheets, and when she came to me, she talked to me and asked do I have the worksheet, she knew everyone didn't got the sheets yet, but she want to know if I have it, she has a brother with autism and I have autism and by senior year, I told her and she knew all along I have the condition, back to junior year, her schedule changed, but she managed to visit us quite often, as both her new class and old class are in the same block when we have lunch, a few weeks before the end of the term, the teacher was giving out half finished worksheets, and I was busy on my chromebook, and then as I'm about to get up, she was at my table, giving me the worksheet, without the teacher telling her to do so, she decided to give me it. By senior year, she tends to teased me about my fear of mice, and one time in class, her, another student and I were talking to a teacher, and I was looking at the teacher's phone and then she said "Kyle!!! Don't be looking at her password!!!" We're still friends now, just don't talk much.. but I want to know, did she likes me?

That's a good question man. From what you described, it does sound like she may have had a bit of a thing for you back then. A few things that stand out:

- She went out of her way multiple times to make sure you felt included and had what you needed, like pointing you out to her friend and giving you the worksheet without being asked.

- She really tried to cheer you up that time you were feeling down, which is more effort than most casual friends would put in.

- Teasing you about being afraid of mice is a classic way someone likes tends to tease someone they find cute.

- The fact that she continues to check in on you and stay friendly even after you graduated makes me think the affection wasn't just a passing thing.

So I'd say it's definitely possible she had a little crush on you back in school. Even if nothing romantic came of it, it seems clear she genuinely cared about you as more than just a classmate. That's really nice she made an effort to include you like that. Who knows, maybe there could still be something there if you ever wanted to test the waters again! Either way, sounds like you had a good friend.
