Don’t you love seeing people achieving their dreams?

2 years ago today, we were meeting New Years with my brother, my and his best friends.

My brother’s best friend was talking to me about his goals, drinking juice made by me and telling what he dreamed of doing, we were encouraging each other.

Before that he was in a very bad situation during pandemic, had lost a job and my brother and I were bringing him and his pup food for a year.

Fast forward two years, I see an amazing advertisement on TV, of his business, which as my brother told me is going very successful and he is doing something he dreamed of doing 2 years ago when celebrating New Year with us.

I feel so happy for him that he managed to get there and I find it so inspiring when I see people getting up from ashes and reaching their goals.

It’s a wonderful inspiration and just something that brings tears of joy to my eyes.

I love these success stories. It's nice to see people succeed especially after being down and come back stronger.

I had the wind taken out of my sails when my first wife wanted a divorce. It was not I'm my nature to ever quit no matter how tough things got. It took me a couple if years to get back on track but I started rebuilding my life, remarried and then changed jobs where I made 3 times what I had been making. I built a new life and had everything I wanted and more so she really did me a favor but it did not feel like it at the time.

When I met my now oldest friend in the world whom I've known for 28 years now, he was living in abject poverty, but even as a kid, he used to always carry around this vision binder. It had all the things in it he wanted and to accomplish. He used to tell everyone, literally everyone, that he would make it someday. People laughed, they made fun of him, they ridiculed his binder...cut to he has a graduate degree, owns a farm, a winery, a million dollar home, is on his 4th luxury car, travels the world, has hob nobbed with the president, and owns his own business. I could not be more proud of him. To dream truly when NO ONE believes in you and to see it through against all odds, I just want to give him a hug whenever I see him because he is living the dream out.

I mentor people who wants to change their career into software development. It's heartwarming seeing them finding well paid jobs and often starting a new life. Especially if they were scammed on bootcamps and left without money and job.

I love to assist them, support them and observe how they start to believe in themselves. It adds a lot to my life.

Actually I do but people say I am crazy but I don't care. The community and civilizations bases are on helping each other build it, if people pull each other's legs all the time you are just getting a mafia and not an actual healthy society.

In fact, for example, I have a farm and I am happy when my tenants crops flourish and gain good profits big felt genuinely upset when flood ruined the standing crop. Tenants and the land owners must work together or it will lead to antagonistic relationship leading to a zero sum game.

Honestly I feel sorry and disgusted in my moments when I have felt jealousy and it has made me guilty honestly. Though shall not cover thy neighbors wife and wealth. Sadly I am not an Angel

I always find it very inspiring when I see people achieve their goals and dreams, especially if they came from humble beginnings, or if the odds were stacked against them, yet they persevered and managed to actualize their true potential.

Now that's a truly inspirational story! I'd love to see my friends achieve their dreams. However, I don't think it's common for people to achieve their dreams. Especially if those dreams include some sort of social connection, as these are too dependent on the other parties, so at some point no additional effort You make has any impact on the fulfillment of Your goal if the other person doesn't want the same.

Seeing people succeed just makes me feel like I've been singled out for failure and makes me more resentful. At least if I see other lives going down in flames through no fault of their own, I can believe the shit is smeared more evenly.
