Can it be because she doesn't want to have kids with me? Do you think I am acting paranoid? Because most women want kids from the men they love right? I am already in my 40s.. I don't want to miss the chance to spend time with my children.
Firstly, the reason your partner doesn’t want kids could stem from a variety of personal choices or circumstances, and it might not necessarily be about you. People have all sorts of reasons for not wanting children—personal ambitions, lifestyle preferences, environmental concerns, fears about the future, or even concerns about genetic health issues. It’s also possible she’s considered the immense responsibility and commitment that comes with raising a child and doesn’t feel it’s the right choice for her life path.
The assumption that most women want kids from the men they love isn't quite accurate. It’s more about individual choice than a blanket desire. For some, it’s a dream; for others, it’s not part of their envisioned life.
Feeling paranoid is a strong word, but it’s understandable to have these anxieties when facing the possibility of not fulfilling the desire to have children.
Having children shouldn't be about one person convincing the other; it’s about finding a path forward that respects both of your needs and desires.

+1 yYou're not the only one, my loving partner also says she doesn't want kids either, even though everything about her to me would make a amazing loving and caring mom she just doesn't want to be "tied down" with kids and she loves her job and loves the calm quiet life and spending time with me and wants to travel with me, she just doesn't think she'll be ready for kids nor want kids. And we have also talked about this together and we both agreed especially with what she been through to only have kids if both partners truly want kids together and not to have kids if only one partner wants a child and the other one doesn't.
a lot of times I would have liked to show my mom and dad their grand son or grand daughter before they pass on because I bet that would've made them really happy and proud to see that. But despite being raised to believe that the picture perfect loving relationship between two partners includes a child, it took some growing up and understanding to realize a picture perfect relationship can be just a happy couple that treats eachother right and really loves and is there for eachother, which is the type of relationship a couple should have before having a child anyway in my opinion. Especially to help prevent a child from being raised in a abandoned household which is no fun for anyone in that situation.
Your bloodline ends with you in a childless life. But life is full of choices and choosing an amazing partner to share it with is a choice I don't regret regardless of whether she wants kids or not.
But at the end of the day if you don't feel like you can take dying with no kids in your life then it may be best to see other women, you only have one life.05 Reply- +1 y
Gay childless couples are forever rated the happiest and the reason given is double income and much of it disposable for travel, meals n entertainment. Kids complicate that. It's a choice that should not be made lightly.

@DrPepper12 I'm atheist too. I prefer to follow the Jedi way to religious things, maybe will it lead me to another dimension? Where I will be a superhero, that's my dream!

+1 yShe probably just doesn't want kids in general, but you asking this question definitely comes across a little bit paranoid. It's tough to get in the baby-making mood when you feel tense around your partner.
If you two aren't on the same page about kids, you'd be better off breaking up.

+1 ysome people simply don't want children for many very different reasons. Talk to him if you want to learn his reasons.
But remember, the last thing you should think about is forcing him to have kids with you. It will end like many other cases... he will leave you and kids because it wasn't what he wanted...10 Reply

m +1 yNot everyone wants kids, I don’t really want them. I would ask why she is your partner if you want kids and she does not, before you move on from the girlfriend and boyfriend stage, the future is one of the things you discuss before they become your partner or definitely wife. If you can’t handle it, you need to look for a new girl.
11 ReplySomeone women do not want to have children and that is okay. It has nothing to do with you. If you want children and she doesn't then your values do not align. If children are a hard no then I suggest moving on and finding a partner who also wants to have children.

I gave up on dating merrily when I turned 30 just recently and even if I did bang a woman or banged a girlfriend, or even a friends with benefits with a woman, I never ever want offspring. Nope. I just don't like responsibility and I just wanna enjoy my life like a party lol that it is to me lol 😂😆 not recklessly

+1 yYou have to ask her. Only her can give your her point of view. Different women decide not to have kids for different reasons. If you want to have children and your partner doesn't maybe it's time to re-evaluate your relationship. You should not put your dreams on hold because of anyone else especially at your age.
