I guess ur an empath? I'm actually jealous of that , people tend to want to feel pain bc they don't have the actual ability to feel high frequencies of love so to feel alive , they feel pain , better than feeling nothing
For u , it seems easy bc ur sensitive, so u can actually feel both pain and happiness

Most depressed people are disconnected (they can't have the ability to be sympathetic) so they are depressed , now it's different
If ur an empath that's great but if u mean by victim mindset and narcissist behavior then it's bad , and there's A DIFFERENCE bc also narcissists are highly sensitive people but in a victim mindset toxic way? If that makes sense so not every "sensitive" person is really a "sensitive" person , being sensitive is graceful , but the "sensitivity" of narcissism is different
In your case , it seems like the graceful feminine kind of sensitivity which u have to embrace and learn how to control and expand it , u can be a healer or something like that , it's there for a reason , to heal others I guess , it's a gift
