I am finding my guy physically unattractive. Is it loosing interest or him being unattractive?

I find my guy attractive in every pic he post but finds him unattractive in real life and on the photos posted by his friends. I totally hate his mannerisms and find it annoying. Also his dominant attitude pisses me off.

I would on a scale of 10 give him 4 considering both looks and persona. And can easily give a guy with decent look and good personality an 8 or above.
