Other than misusing the trust that your friend placed in you and that you broke, everything can be fixed. Show that you are truly sorry for your actions. You can write her a letter (you know a sheet of paper and a pen) and mail it through the post office to her explaining how sorry you are.

The only problem is that if she forgives you, you might screw up again once the routine settles in, that you think she forgot and do the same mistake over again.
