One of my favorite aunts (my blood uncles ex wife) was with a cool dude for 30 plus years and never lived with him. They were the happiest couple i ever new. She said when we want to see eachother we do. And I don't have to worry about how he keeps his house. It worked until she died. He still loves her and posts on her face book

It's overrated in the sense that a lot of people set that as a priority when what is my top priority at least is to find a person who makes me happy. Marriage is a beautiful thing if it's desired for the right reason but it's not necessary.
