Why aren't there a lot men that are worth marrying?

I don't think there is a lot of men that are worth marrying if you were a good woman and a virgin.

Marriage is not like dating or having boyfriends. If your boyfriend is not worth marrying, you just break up and find another one. So having a boyfriend is easy, cause men are easy. Since there are many men that are easy in the west, it's hard to find a man worth marrying. It's hard to find a husband, most are only looking for one thing

Men grew up with the expectation that marriage is an entitlement and not a privilege and were taught as such. When previous generations of women didn’t really have any choice BUT to be married and be considered a person, this was more or less accurate. It’s only within these last two or so generations that men and women are on truly, legally, socially equal grounds and women are able to say “Yeah, not beating me doesn’t make you husband material.” As that was the standard for previous generations. And these men, taught to believe that marriage was an inevitable thing, are quickly floundering as they realize that it’s not the case and don’t know what to do.
