My ex had me arrested for a fight she started , while I was asleep , i didn’t go to jail but I was put on a holding cell for half a good 12 hours , when I was released the judge told me I could not go back to my home and that I had a PFA on me that I couldn’t go near her whatsoever or I would get arrested , and that I had to wait til the court date to tell my side of the story , so I ended up staying with a friend and didn’t violate my PFA whatsoever, her on the other hand was sending me threatening text that she was going to have me arrested if I didn’t send her money , I ignored all her text and calls and and told the cops that she suffers mental illness and is probably going through menopause , the cops knew she had a history and advised me to request all the reports of her from my address , because she has been arrested and admitted to psych wards a handful of times , so once I received all the reports , I went to my court date and I proved to the court that she needs serious help , all my charges were dropped and they forced her to go seek therapy and if she doesn’t follow through she will be arrested , and she is no longer allowed on the property until she completes her counseling and proves she is no longer psychotic. The girl won’t keep a job , and she is a user and a compulsive gambler that ended up putting me in a financial hole from her mental illness. To me it was the best revenge because she got what she deserved for lying and being a complete basket case

The best revenge is to go to counselor/therapist... including God, make the changes in self... because you chose that nut case... and come out better and with a better life than having the other drag you down for 30 years.

Beyond that, full public disclosure of wicked behavior to warn others along with a fundraiser to raise $ for them to see a therapist so they learn and don't repeat. Thats considerate isn't it? That may have legal consequences.

Unfortunately the pain of such in relationships is awful and should be dealt with so doesn't fester and destroy the holder.
