Why doesn't my girlfriend want to hang out all the time anymore?

we have been together for a month and some days. We used to hang out all the time like everyday but here about close to a week ago she seems like she don't want me to even be around her that much. She claims she loves me but I kind of feel ignored so of course I get a little pissed off and run my mouth at her. I won't even lie I get a little jealous especially when I sit and think maybe she is trying to play me, I been played in the past relationships so I would even hate to think she might do this. I feel distant to her.. any advice on what I should do? I appreciate it

It sounds like you and she have different needs. I'm not sure what is going on with her, but it could just be that she needs more space than you do, and you prefer spending more time together.

I feel like she may not be right for you, because in order for you to be happy, you need someone who wants to hang out with you as much as you want to hang out with her.

Also, if you are feeling jealous and saying negative things to her, it will only make her want to stay away even more. But I don't really think you can help feeling this way, because you want a relationship where you two hang out a lot.

I would say you would be happier if you broke up with this girl and found another girl who is more like you and wants to spend more time together all the time.

She might just want some personal time. Dating is hard, because it takes a lot of sacrifice of things that make you happy, like friendships and hobbies. There needs to be a balance in a healthy relationship. You being verbally mean won't help matters. Your jealousy isn't her problem. You past isn't her problem. You need to learn how to deal with being two separate people in a relationship, or you'll always be running girls off by being clingy and mean when you feel jealous. You sitting around stewing about what a bitch she is for not being your shadow is only going to make you madder and her less likely to want to hang out with you.

Just my opinion, but becoming boyfriend/girlfriend after only a month is a little too soon, it sets people up for this kind of problems, I don't think you guys gave each other enough time to really get to know each other and see each others likes/dislikes. I think you should back off and just date each other and get to know each other a little better. It really doesn't sound like she is ready to settle down with just one guy.

She wants her own time. Life isn't just about love. You have school, work, friends. You both have to focus on those things as well. Learn to balance out everything. That's the tricky thing about love. You get so caught up in it that you don't focus on anything else.
