It's completely natural to feel jealous about another woman giving your man a massage. I would find it odd if you weren't, but don't look to deeply into it. He may have been giggling because of the pressure. He may have just found it odd for someone to be touching him at the moment. Or he may have thought that the lady was really hot. What does it matter? If you had a hot guy massaging you and it made you giggle would that mean that you're going to go out and cheat? No. So don't worry about it.
