How I know Jeff Bezos works extremely hard - Bible talk

I’m always looking for mentors and since I avoid contact with my churches I get mentor ship help by collecting quotes and sayings from successful people and that is what I did with Jeff Bezos. I at one point, either read or heard, that when Jeff Bezos was plotting Amazon, he made sure his earlier plans would never limit his future movements in any way and that every step he took to build his company was created with the end product of his future business in mind, meaning he tried to maintain an infinite ceiling for growth by not applying any temporary solutions that would limit his future corporate capacity.

I tried applying this principle of non-future self-sabotage to my writing practices and it was super hard, I came up with 22 book outlines on the bible and worked hard to make sure I did not have any repeating or potentially repeating ideas from one outline to another because I do not want to provide loyal readers of my books with diminished returns if they keep buying my books and find I’m repeating the same ideas over and over again, this meant outlining clear and thoughtful perimeters for how I plan on constructing the scope of each argument and the trajectory of each line of thinking, to avoid both duplication and organizational inefficiency in the construction of my book ideas.

I also worked hard to make sure I used effective style so my book would be interesting to people who could access summaries of my writing online without having to buy the book and when choosing a pen name, I looked for unisex words, translatable into any language, that were aesthetically appealing, easy to remember, not offensive to any culture or religion, and not already used by other authors or businesses, meaning it had to be unique enough to supersede patents made by other businesses, all so I could publish my book in foreign languages after my book is first published in English. Since my ultimate goal is to reach the globe with my ideas and not just Canada and America.

So you can imagine, doing what Jeff Bezos did, making sure none of my current steps interfere with my future business potential, that this move was exceptionally difficult and this is only one of many rules that Bezos applied when constructing his business.

So to those who say becoming rich is easy, and a product of luck and not diligence, it’s definitely not true for Bezos.

How can you admire a man who exploits his workers so ruthlessly? What makes Amazon such a success is, among other things, lack of viable competition (they're like 'Google', a virtual monopoly) and low wages, lousy working conditions, and a very high staff turnover. Also lack of unionisation helps him a lot (apparently, workers there are not only not allowed to unionise, but they're spied on by their managers and supervisors in order to prevent even the mere possibility).
He's basically a slave-driver, like Pharaoh in your mythical book of Exodus.

Yeah I admire him for succeeding. I think he does it at the expense of others. Yes cheap which is sometimes a good thing I'm so cheap I'll squeeze a quater till the eagle flies. My actions don't effect others. His cost savings for his workers is wrong not paying them enough. I've run into his cheapness somewhere else in my travels which I've signed a nondisclosure agreement and can't elaborate on. How about the people saying his space program was cutting corners and made the program unsafe
